Berlin is rapidly becoming a center of art and innovation in Europe, and its street art scene is totally indicative of that. They even have graffiti workshops and street art city tours.

Bristol is known for its extremely vibrant and diverse street art scene. It's a hub for music and art and all things creative. Perhaps the most famous street artist in the world, Banksy, came up through the Bristol scene before gaining worldwide notoriety.
Buenos Aires is one of the most lively, colorful cities thanks to its amazing street art scene. The government is encouraging of street art, even subsidizing some of the murals, and because of this support, Buenos Aires has attracted some of the world's leading urban artists, making it one of the most important locales for the burgeoning street art movement.
